Pre-Shipment Inspection(PSI)
A Pre-shipment inspection usually conducted when your production is at least 80% ready and packed, it can be performed at factory or forwarder’s warehouse. This is a final quality control process before delivery of goods, so PSI is also referred to as a Final Random Inspection (FRI).

During Production Inspection(DPI)
During Production Inspection is the Inspection and test of finished products during production process, which usually occurs when 10% to 60% of the goods have been produced and begin to be packaged. DPI is also referred to as a During Production Check (DPC) or DUPRO.

Initial Production Check(IPC)
The Initial production inspection is usually the on-site evaluation of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products and production capacity at the inital stage of the production. This process can be conduct from the inspection of raw materials before production, until 20% of the order is completed.

100% AQL Check
Full Inspection is usually conducted after all products have been completed, which is a process of 100% Inspect accordance with the client’s quality standards strictly, and removing all defective products from a batch of goods. We suggest that the products should not be packed before the full inspection, so as to avoid the damages to packing materials and products due to repeated unwrapping and packaging to the greatest extent, and reduce the time of inspection.

Container Loading (Check)
Container Loading Inspection is a process in which inspectors verify the quantity, style and packaging of the products loaded on site, and supervise all the export cartons to be properly placed in a safe environment. Generally, CLI occurs after a pre-shipment inspection and can be done in a factory or forwarder’s warehouse.
